Charl Francois Edwards

Charl has collected magazines since before he could read. Stacked in precisionist piles around the office and his home, they give you some insight into his absolute fascination with print (as well as his undeniable affliction with OCD). Charl is a respected creative who has worked in the decor, retail, branding and publishing industries for more than a decade. He has a keen interest in and a real gift for visual storytelling. As a co-founder of LOOKBOOK, he has been instrumental in the relaunch of iconic House and Leisure magazine, and acts as its Editor-in-Chief. As Creative Director for the studio, he lends his expert eye to everything from conceptualisation to execution of all client work. 

Kelly Fung

Former editor, current brand builder and forever fashion nerd, Kelly drives innovative content and communication for big e-commerce fashion and beauty retailers, but her heart will always belong between the glossy pages of magazines. 

 

Yoliswa Mqoco

As a personal stylist, digital entrepreneur, model and multidisciplinary creative/curator, Yoliswa is a woman of many stylish hats (pun intended). With a focus on fashion, interiors and lifestyle, she uses her background in fashion design and her stylish eye to inspire her Instagram followers. 

Hamzeh Alfarahneh

Hamzeh is the creative director of proto~, the store at A4 Arts Foundation, a space where studio fragments, off-cuts, mementos and false starts are gathered and subsequently sold. When he is not working, you can find him soaking up the sun on the beach, sharing a meal with friends or binging on podcasts. 

Palesa Kgasane

Culture writer, curve model and singer, Palesa makes an impact in front of and behind the lens. She uses her personal narrative to champion women of colour, body positivity, self-love and acceptance.

Modupe Oloruntoba

Modupe studied fashion and went on to discover she liked crafting words a little better than blazers. She writes about her first love (fashion), as well as beauty, culture and more for a range of brands and publications.

Khensani de Klerk

As an architectural designer Khensani focuses on practicing intersectionality in the spatial industry. She co-runs Matri-Archi(tecture), a network dedicated to African city development and spatial education that aims to empower African women.

Zanele Kumalo

Zanele is a writer, editor, entrepreneur, speaker, DJ and founder of content studio whatzandidnext. Her interests lie in beauty and wellness, design, fashion, food, music, travel and art.

Anette de Jager

With extensive experience in the worlds of design and fine art, Anette, consultant, curator, interior designer and founder of interior architecture and renovation studio Three Sixty Design, is as skilled at seeing the big picture as she is at finessing the details. 


Emma Jude Jackson

Marketing-consultant-slash-photographer-slash-brand-builder Emma focuses on travel, interiors and architectural photography. She has a natural light infatuation and an obsession with yellow that rivals LOOKBOOK’s. 

Lulama Wolf

As a visual artist, Lulama is adept at documenting and sharing her life and process, capturing a mood and offering followers an intimate window into her world.
